Denis McKay, Partner
Denis graduated from Queen's University, Belfast in 1995 with a 2:1 honours degree in Law and qualified as a solicitor in 1997 following an apprenticeship with another reputable city centre firm. He joined Napier & Sons in 1998 and became a Property Law Partner in 2007.
Denis represents clients in all aspects of property law, both domestic and commercial. His domestic clients range from first time buyers to downsizing retirees. His commercial clients range from small businesses taking the lease of a single unit to large multi-national companies and institutions with significant property portfolios.
Denis also does property work for several charities and frequently deals with property issues relating to schools. He has been a lecturer and course tutor for the Northern Ireland Law Course run by the Institute of Auctioneers and Valuers in Ireland (IAVI) and has provided refresher training in property law to staff of the Institute of Prosessional Legal Studies, the main training body for solicitors and barristers in Northern Ireland.
